I very rarely place reviews but I will to help this gentleman who relies on reviews and word of mouth rather than paying for advertising, which is the kind of people I like. Dave Greco was my agent when I bought my first house late in 2020. His advice during the early stages and overall guidance throughout the entire process helped reduce the anxiety you get during these large transactions, especially when it's the first one (I also probably have a little higher than average anxiety too so that doesn't help me)! Dave definitely prioritizes his clients' goals, budgets, and happiness before his own wallet which is an excellent quality to have in your realtor. He shares (if not exceeds sometimes, while you're stressed, haha) your level of excitement to get you into your new place. Realtors have no control of market conditions but he's in tune with them and where trends are going. I was able to buy mine just before prices really skyrocketed at a really low interest rate. I have no experience on the seller side but I imagine he'd do his best to get you top dollar, while I can say he tries his best getting you the lowest cost when you're the buyer. Dave also maintains a level of professionalism while being a casual, regular guy. You won't feel underdressed or anything like that at a showing, he's generally in jeans and a t shirt which helps give you a sense of comfort and you can relax a bit. Long story short, I thought he was an excellent realtor to have in your corner and I will use him again when it's time to sell my current house and buy another one. He's one of the trustworthy ones!
